If it’s the same person does Chevron hold liability for all the butane near the rapidly expanding sinkhole?
UPDATE, Oct. 7
Now that we have a bunch of docs about the butane cavern on our new DOCUMENTS page we notice this “Floyd J. Karsten” name a lot. The first doc we see it on is dated OCT. 1949. If he were a young oil man of twenty back then he would have a DoB of 1929[!!]. HIS NAME IS ON CURRENT DOCUMENTS. That would make him at least 83.
Is this a FICTITIOUS NAME??

We found FLOYD L. KARSTEN on a MAP! It looks like Bayou Corne. It is from the ( CB&I ) PUBLIC BRIEFING of Sept. 17, 2013
