* EAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE PEARL RIVER TO INDIAN PASS FLORIDA

A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN 36 HOURS.MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

  1. Thirty Minutes ago, a gasoline type smell has been reported in Bayou Corne. Geophones are showing rampant VLP’s and could possibly be signaling another ‘belch’ event on the way. I will report back here as more info comes in. Depending upon the amount of rain that is added to the overburden, it seems inevitable that another large event is on the way irregardless.
