  1. Alert status back to Orange, as current eruption has ceased. This event is far from over though. Large earthquakes have continued this afternoon and fissure is on the move once again…

    I think their having a bad thunderstorms passing though Bayou Corne right now.

    Lava fountains rose to around 50 meters on Sunday at the Bardarbunga volcano, which took the aviation warning to red, the highest on the scale. There has been a lot of seismic activity in the area and Einar Heinarsson, a spokesman from Iceland’s department of civil protections says,

  5. Great video of Bárdarbunga volcano provided by dutchsinse. Daytime, some nighttime, and aerial footage of eruption. Nighttime aerial footage shows lava spewing from fissure JEC warned us about.
