      • I think Waterford is a good amount above sea level.
        Someone said the height on an earlier comment (maybe Walter).

      • Waterford sucks in cooling water from the river. Riverbend and Grand Gulf are high and have secondary water sources. Waterford may be able to get water from a side canal – not sure. Waterford is only protected by the levee and water-proofing of building. It sunk 5 inches just in construction. Walter was talking about Oak Ridge.
