Texas Brine Observes CODE 3

Freedomrox says:

TB’s gates have been locked since December 19th, and only Frontier, and LDNR readings were taken in the mornings, and they waited till the regular contractors went on vacation, brought in another crew on New Year’s Day, just a few days after their little announcement of the ‘Emergency Plan’, so the permits would be in place for their little coup. Very dirty dealings… Makes you wonder about that fellow at Frontier Response, Mike Taylor, who also participated in the BP coverup. Of course, you know that Mark Cartwright and Bruce Martin knew. No Safety meeting, no nothing, and did they even have insurance to cover the workers? Someone can easily get killed in this environment. Someone needs to deal with these loose cannons…

3:00 p.m. Update – Code 3

C O D E  3  — at last …..

This is probably ‘it’ . . . .

The LA10s begin to sputter again with missing data. And after midnight they really break up.

A 4.6 quake in Mexico on the Pacific side – MAP But it was at 10:30 a.m. — so it’s not making the ‘clang, bang’ on the helicorders.

!!> BP, Chevron Accused Of Illegally Dumping Toxic Radioactive Drilling Waste Into Louisiana Water

“The Louisiana parish of Plaquemines is taking on a group of oil and gas giants including BP and Chevron for allegedly dumping toxic waste — some of it radioactive — from their drilling operations into its coastal waters, according to a lawsuit removed to federal court on Thursday. . . . “

Sinkhole Activity Code 3 – indicating no work is allowed directly on sinkhole or within containment berms. Seismic monitoring indicates further increase in levels of subsurface activity near sinkhole/Oxy 3 – state and parish will continue to closely observe seismic activity to advise of any sudden changes.

Air Monitoring/Sub-slab Sampling and Ventilation

– Conducting ventilation system inspections

– Removing water from ORWs 1, 2, 22 (north of La 70, west of Texas Brine facility), and 39 (north of containment berm)

Highway 70 Detour Boondoggle + Tues. News, New Fly Over

The Advocate – Sinkhole fears spur La. 70 realignment plans

“The more than year-old, growing sinkhole just south of La. 70 in the Bayou Corne area has raised worries about subsidence that could cut off La. 70 in just the wrong place. Commuters and school buses would be forced to make the time-consuming round, some fear.”

Keep in mind the tropical storms . . .

New Madrid Fault Zone Quakes

2.5 quakes at Koshkonong, Missouri < MAP
twin 2.5 quakes at Ridgely, Tennessee < MAP – so close together they have mistaken, identical info. They may be frack-quakes. They are hiding 1 of the 2 quakes . . . here is a screengrab from the RSOE map on Radioactive Chat

Either Code 3 Work Ban is being Ignored OR – There’s about to be a big BARF soon!

Freedomrox says there are no work trucks on the berms today.

Update –  they were working near LA14 making the helicorders go crazy.

Update –

NEW video from the Parish blog:

LINK –  http://youtu.be/8hdCA_gEmjQ

They also put out a MAP with thin red line showing the tree fall area. It is about 2 o’clock on Lake FUBAR.

4 P.M. – –  LA14 goes crazy.  Barf bags ready!

LA14_Aug22_2013Thanks to Jec for news flash –  😉

It was work trucks after all.

“Stability” at Lake FUBAR

Texas Brine has a funny idea of stability. If this is stable we don’t want to see what more collapsing at their failed salt dome is going to look like. Plus the Code 3 at the work site means this work making helicorders blot into a solid pattern  must be getting done by robots and trained monkeys.
